Hi, I'm Siena !

The face (and hands) behind Blink & Brows.

At 15, I knew working shifts at Maccas wasn't going to be my story. I wanted to build something of my own. So I finished my Year 10 ROSA, left school, and followed the one thing I'd fallen completely in love with — makeup.

My Journey

That love led me straight into a diploma in beauty therapy at just 15 years old. Somewhere in that training, lashes and brows became the thing I couldn't stop thinking about. The precision of it, the transformation, the way a great set or a perfectly mapped brow changes how someone sees themselves in the mirror.

By 19, I'd turned that passion into Blink & Brows by Siena Ella. Fast forward 3.5 years, and I've built a business from the ground up, one client at a time, on nothing but skill, consistency, and genuinely loving what I do.

My Philosophy

Ask any of my regulars and they'll tell you the same thing — my space feels cozy, comfortable, and unhurried. I want every appointment to feel like a little pocket of calm in someone's week, good music or a podcast playing in the background, no rush. And on the lashes themselves: lightweight, irritation-free application is non-negotiable for me. Beautiful doesn't mean uncomfortable — my clients should forget they're even wearing lashes.

Why training, why now

I know what it's like to start from nothing and figure it out through sheer determination. Now I want to make that path easier for the next artist — teaching what I've learned so other women don't have to learn it the hard way. That's what Blink & Brows Academy is: my experience, my standards, and the atmosphere I've built, turned into a real curriculum for beginners and already-trained artists ready to level up.
